Transportation isn't just where I've spent my career — it's where I grew up. My father and uncles have run trucking companies, several still do today, and that's given me an instinct for how these businesses actually operate that you don't get from a vendor relationship alone. My background also spans running engineering teams, standardizing systems across 600+ carrier environments, and reviewing business processes directly with clients to find where time and effort are being lost. That mix of technical depth, people leadership, and direct exposure to how transportation companies operate day to day is what I bring to an engagement.
